Culinary Classics

These are the herbs that you probably cook with most often or those that seem to be included in recipes more frequently than others. I've chosen the common varieties but do take a look at the others that are available as there are numerous different Thymes, Mints, Sages etc that you could use instead and often it's purely a choice of colour that makes you decide what to plant in your garden or pot - and you'll have your favourites too...
