A hardy evergreen perennial that we sourced when we visited Jekka McVicar at her Herb Farm. It has highly aromatic leaves with pink flowers in the Summer. Plant in well drained soil in full sun or partial shade and use for flavour with fish, chicken and vegetable dishes.
