Carum carvi


Ht  up to 60cm

A slender and straggly herb with light green feathery leaves and white/pinkish flower clusters.

It is most effective when grown in a large clump.

Plant in a fertile, well drained soil in a sunny position.

Use the chopped leaves in soups and salads or use the seeds in baking and with meat.
