This variegated herb has very aromatic leaves with purple flowers in the Summer.
Use as any other culinary sage and plant in a sunny, free draining spot in the border or herb garden.
Primarily used in stuffings, it also adds flavour to meat and poultry dishes, salads, vinegars, chesses and mushroom dishes.

These plants are really healthy wee plants, ready for planting and growing on. The deer leave them alone which is a bonus!
